The resources below will provide you with an overview of your new compact water trailer.

Valve Walk-Through

'ABI Water Trailer Valve Walkthrough' - 'Ratchet Valve - Controls the near spray nozzle(s). If partially open due to an incomplete pull of the rope, pressure will be low' 'Spray Hose Valve - Turned in line with hose will allow to spray out an attched spray hose. 'Recirculation Valve - Controls the flow rate. Should always remain partially open to prevent pump damage. Keeping valve open too far will result in ow pressure." "Pond Fill Valve - Allows tank filling from pond or alternate water source. Turned in line with pump = set to suck water in from horse. Turned in line with hose = set to recirculate water fro the tank.'

Winterizing

Run 3-4 gallons of RV antifreeze in through entire system – all hoses, nozzles, and pumps. This will lubricate and prevent freezing and breakage. After circulating through pumps, open ratchet valve and once you see the pink spraying out the back, you will know that it has circulated and the entire system has been properly lubricated. Leave about 2 gallons of the RV Antifreeze in the tank to store for winter.

Cleaning

2 Gallons Bleach and 3 quarters full of tank full of water. Drive around and let it agitate around. Then let it soak for a few hours. Drive around again then drain and rinse.
