With the holidays wrapping up and the New Year fast approaching, we’re looking back on all the memorable moments and exciting developments we’ve had during 2023. And there’s a lot to cover! Today, we’re taking a brief look back at what we’ve been up to this past year.
In light of new growth and exciting innovations here at ABI, we redesigned the ABI logo. By launching our new visual identity, we’ve clarified our company mission and redesigned our branding to match our continued commitment to giving you the best equipment to help get your outdoor work done.
Earlier this year, ABI launched a separate brand, website, and podcast dedicated to showcasing the full range of Force by ABI products. Force by ABI specifically engineers high-quality, innovative equipment for ballfield grooming, sports turf maintenance, laser grading, and landscaping projects. From recreational to professional game fields, The Force Z-23 offers everything groundskeepers need to prep seedbeds, install turf, and create a pristine finish ready for game day.
Hosted by Scott Holmes and Matt Metzger, Force by ABI’s podcast debuted its first season. Across seven episodes, Ground Etc. highlighted insights on sports field management from ballfield maintenance experts. We expanded our line of Skid Steer attachments, adding two new skid steer attachments to help contractors complete landscape projects of any size. Alongside our SR1 and SR3 options, we built the SR2 with a strong frame and hydraulic scarifiers on a slimmer attachment model. We’ve also included the Mini SR to help you handle any kind of groundwork using a mini skid steer.
On his channel GCI Turf, Pete Denny shows the ease that comes with using the Force Z-23 for landscape finishing. In our visit to North Carolina, our team was fortunate to watch Pete test the Z-23 and see the professional results of his groundwork.
Marking another Cinch Timed Event Championship in our books, we caught up with Lazy-E Arena’s General Manager, Dan Wall, to talk about the importance of footing and equipment during competitions.
