Midwest Horse Fair
The Story
Since it’s inception the Midwest Horse Fair has been hosted at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. First held in 1980, 2020 will mark the 41st annual event. From it’s start as a 2-day fair with 58 exhibitors and 4 guest speakers, Midwest Horse Fair has since exploded into a 3-day action-packed celebration of horses featuring 40 expert clinicians, 500 exhibitors, 700 horses, 2 sell-out evening shows, 60,000+ attendees and an $11 million economic impact on the greater Madison area. Our mission is to provide the ultimate experience for equine enthusiasts and the public, through exposition, education and entertainment. Whether a seasoned veteran of the horse industry or a horseless novice, Midwest Horse Fair has something for horse lovers of all levels and ages to enjoy.
