This process may require you to have a TR3 “E” Property Edition landscape rake, since this tool combines multiple attachments so operators can break up and recycle gravel, rip up old turf, grade ground, and prep lawns for seeding. Additionally, an ABI Towable Broadcast Spreader may be useful to distribute new turf seed and fertilizer across the property to ensure new growth. There are a few ABI attachments and machines that can be used to prevent snow and ice build up. For example, ABI’s PTO Broadcast Spreader and Towable Broadcast Spreader can distribute not only seed and fertilizer but also salt across driveways and parking lots to prevent ice buildup in the winter months. As far as snow and ice removal, our ABI Force division has released a new hydraulic Power Broom attachment, which can be used on Z-23 models with hydraulic capability or the Z-23 SABER to clear snow piles from flat surfaces. Currently, ABI is developing a new Stand-On Utility Loader, which will feature specialized attachments perfect for heavy-duty tasks like snow clearing or ice removal services. Customers can expect ABI’s first loader to release in 2025.
