These spreaders are built tough to handle corrosive material and feature a heavy-duty sealed gearbox with metal gears, corrosion-free seamless one-piece polyethylene hopper, stainless steel hopper bottom w/selective opening gate, and nylon fiberglass spreader disc. The use of poly and stainless components eliminates corrosion when using fertilizers and salts. The levers on the unit allow for adjustments to vary application rates based on material.
